Fair terms for a fair network.

These terms govern the use of the JumlaJumla website, the Msosi, Huduma and Jumla Shop apps, the Jumla Fleet services and the Fleet API for partner businesses. By creating an account or ordering, you accept them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping sign-in credentials private.

Accounts belong to one person or business; sharing an account to juggle orders or earnings is not permitted.

We may pause accounts that endanger customers, riders, vendors or the platforms — after notice, except where safety requires immediate action.

Prices, promotions and availability live in each product app and can change by vendor, time and zone.

Delivery times are good-faith estimates quoted by our routing engine — real Dar es Salaam roads sometimes disagree.

Parcels are accepted by our fleet in visibly sound condition. For anything fragile or perishable, tell us in the app so riders can handle it properly.

If an order goes wrong, tell support through the app or on +255 766 139 709 — we resolve fairly, both ways.

Wallet balances are value tied to your account and can be spent on JumlaJumla services or cashed out per product rules.

Cashback is promotional value with the terms attached to each campaign.

Credit products, including bike financing, are governed by their own loan agreements signed at disbursement; these site terms do not replace them.

Credit profiles are built from platform activity only. We do not report anything to us by mistake into your financial record — errors are corrected on request.

Vendors agree to list truthful availability, prepare products as described and use the vendor tools fairly.

Riders agree to safety standards, honest proof of delivery and the service levels in the rider programme.

Fleet API partners receive credentials that are personal to their vendor account; resale of access or scraping of the network is prohibited.

Revenue-share, delivery fees and settlement details live in your partner agreement.

The JumlaJumla name, the mark, the apps, the mapi platform and this website are owned by JumlaJumla Ltd.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve the products; you keep ownership of your business content, listings and photos you upload to be shown through the services.

JumlaJumla provides its services “as is” and works hard to keep them online and accurate, but we don't guarantee that every route, vendor or minute will behave perfectly.

To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid on the transaction concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Dar es Salaam, unless a simpler resolution is agreed — we always prefer one.
